Founded in 2023 in Bengaluru, Ospira began a question we kept hearing, again and again, from parents and professionals alike:
"Why does understanding your own child feel so hard?"
Most parents we spoke to weren’t disengaged or indifferent. They were attentive, invested, and trying their best. Yet many shared the same quiet worry:
“I feel like I’m missing something important.”
Parenting advice was everywhere, but clarity was not. What parents encountered instead was noise, conflicting opinions, and research that made sense on paper but felt impossible to apply at home. Meanwhile, everyday life continued. Patterns were already forming in behaviour, learning, and emotional responses. Without real understanding, parents were left reacting in the moment rather than responding with confidence.
The real challenge wasn't a lack of effort. It was a lack of clarity.
This singular insight led to the Ospira Approach.
